Individuals may be associated with online identifiers provided by their devices, applications, tools, and protocols, such as IP addresses and cookies. Individuals may also be identified through other technologies like RFID tags. These can leave traces that, especially when combined with unique identifiers or other server-received data, can be used to create profiles and identify individuals.
IP addresses are recorded in server logs when using the websites, primarily to prevent server attacks. Analytical tools on our websites record your IP address in a shortened and anonymized form and use it only in that anonymized format. Because of this, we do not have personal data capable of identifying your device. This means the rights in the “Your Rights” section apply to you only in a limited scope. With Google Analytics, IP processing occurs on Google’s side, subject to their privacy policy and your browser settings.
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) sets unified data protection rules across the EU. It establishes the rights of individuals whose data is processed. These rights include:
a) Right of Access (Article 15): You have the right to request and obtain information about your personal data collected and processed by us. You may submit this request via email.
b) Right to Rectification (Article 16): You may request correction of inaccurate personal data without undue delay. Please contact us via email.
c) Right to Erasure or “Right to be Forgotten” (Article 17): If legal grounds apply, such as data no longer being necessary, withdrawal of consent, or objection to processing without overriding legitimate interest, you may request the deletion of your personal data.
d) Right to Data Portability (Article 20): You may request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller, provided the processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means.
e) Right to Restriction and Objection (Articles 18 & 21): You may restrict processing under certain conditions or object to processing based on your specific situation. Processing will be halted unless we show compelling legitimate grounds or processing is necessary for legal claims.
f) Right to lodge a complaint: If you believe your data has been unlawfully processed, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority:
