Although I had more than 20 years of experience as a leader, when I discovered the systemic approach, something in me shifted.
Honestly, I felt a bit sad that I had not found this perspective earlier in my leadership journey.
Looking back, I see how much it would have helped me: in leading teams, navigating complexity, and understanding some of the dynamics I could sense but could not name.

It is my way of speaking to the part of you that leads and the part of you that wonders if there is another way.

There are 9 recorded videos. In each one, I share a bit of theory, a story from my own experience or from working with other leaders, and I challenge a leadership myth that might be limiting how we see or show up.
