What I Bring

For over twenty years, I was a leader myself before dedicating my work to helping leaders and founders through deep personal and organizational transformations. I’ve led organizations through growth, crisis, and change, and I know the weight leaders carry when systems get complex.

I was always bringing an alternative view to leadership, one rooted in energy and presence, but the real turning point came when I discovered systemic leadership: finally finding words and practices for the dynamics I had always sensed but couldn’t name.

Today, I support leaders in seeing what’s hidden, releasing what no longer serves, and stepping forward with clarity and presence.
In this circle, I am not only a facilitator, I walk alongside you as someone who has been where you are, and who knows the profound shift that becomes possible when we lead systemically.

In our sessions, you will gain new perspectives. Between sessions, you will be invited into integration practices: reflections and sensing exercises that take you beyond theory and into transformation. 

This circle is not about long hours, endless discussions, or filling time. Each session provides focused systemic insights, but the real shift occurs in the days and weeks after, when you work with reflection prompts, test new perspectives, and integrate them into your leadership.

You will not be left alone in that process. I will support you personally in between sessions as you embody what you discover.

If you cannot attend a specific date, the session can be recorded in agreement with the group and shared with you as an exception. Yet the real power of this circle unfolds through your live presence: your energy, questions, and reflections are what make the work come alive.
